If you are selling your property to Land Dreamz, we can send you a private status link. It shows where your sale stands, so you can check any time without calling to ask.

What does the status page show?

• The step your sale is on: Offer sent, Under contract, At title, Closing scheduled or Closed.
• The closing date, once it is set.
• The title company handling your closing, once it is chosen.

The page updates on its own as your sale moves forward.

How do I get my link?

Your private link comes from us. The person handling your sale sends it to you. There is no login and no account to create. If you are selling to us and do not have a link, call (346) 255-4742 and ask for one.

Keep your link private

Anyone who has the link can see the status of your sale, so please do not post it or forward it. Search engines do not list these pages. We can turn a link off and send you a new one at any time.

Questions about your sale?

The status page does not replace talking to us. Call the person who sent you the link, or call (346) 255-4742.

Is there a login?

No. Your private link opens your status page directly. Keep it private.

Can I change anything on the status page?

No. The page only shows where your sale stands. To change anything, call us.

What if my link stops working?

We may have turned it off or replaced it. Call (346) 255-4742 and we will send you a new one.
