If you are buying property from Land Dreamz with owner financing, we can send you a private link to a page that shows your loan: what you owe, when the next payment is due, and every payment you have made.

What does the payment page show?

• Your balance.
• Your next payment: the amount and the due date.
• Your loan terms: the amount financed, the yearly rate, the number of months, the monthly payment and the first payment date.
• How much you have paid so far.
• The schedule of payments from here, with the interest, the principal and the balance after each payment.
• Receipts for the payments you have made.

How do I make a payment?

Pay the way you agreed with us in your loan documents. Online payment is not turned on yet, so please do not rely on a payment button on the page. If you are not sure how to pay, call (346) 255-4742.

How do I get my link?

Your private link comes from us. We send it to you; there is no login and no account to create. If you are buying from us with owner financing and do not have a link, call (346) 255-4742 and ask for one.

Keep your link private

Anyone who has the link can see your loan details, so please do not post it or forward it. Search engines do not list these pages. We can turn a link off and send you a new one at any time.

Common questions

Can I pay online?

Not yet. Pay the way you agreed in your loan documents. Call us if you are not sure how.

Where are my receipts?

The payments you have made are listed on your payment page as receipts.

What if my link stops working?

We may have turned it off or replaced it. Call (346) 255-4742 and we will send you a new one.
