What is Land Dreamz?
Land Dreamz is a Texas real estate investment firm that buys, sells and creates solutions for land, residential, commercial, multifamily and specialty real estate across Texas. We work directly with property owners, investors, builders and developers, not as a brokerage or a lead-selling marketplace.
Are you real estate agents or brokers?
No. Land Dreamz is a real estate investment company. We buy, sell and market properties directly as a principal. We are not acting as your real estate broker or agent unless that is specifically disclosed to you in writing.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Texas and actively work throughout the state. The Houston metro is a primary market, but we evaluate opportunities across every major Texas metro and the surrounding counties.
Who handles closing?
A licensed Texas title company.
Do you buy contracts and assign them?
Sometimes. If we plan to assign your contract to another buyer, we tell you in writing before you sign, as Texas law requires.
