Why you can trust Land Dreamz
Here is what we can show you before you ever call: land we have sold, what real sellers and buyers said after working with us, how we work, and the disclosure Texas law requires. Nothing on this page is a stock photo or a made-up review.
Land we have sold
These come straight from our marketplace. When a property sells, it moves here on its own.
What sellers and buyers said
Every review here is from a real person we worked with. All reviews.
How we work
- You talk to a real person on our team, not a call center.
- We explain every number in our offer so you can see how we got there. How we make offers.
- No obligation, no pressure, no commissions. If it's not right for you, say no. We'll still point you to other options, like listing with an agent, if that serves you better.
- We put everything in writing. Texas law requires disclosure when we assign a contract, and we always tell you up front. Fees, closing and title questions.
The Texas wholesaling disclosure
How we buy, in plain words. Land Dreamz is a real estate investor, not a licensed broker or your agent. If we sign a contract to buy your property, we may close and take title ourselves, assign our contract to another buyer who closes in our place, or offer our interest in the contract to other investors before closing. Until closing we hold only an equitable interest in your property. You can get your own legal, tax or real estate advice before you sign. Read the full disclosure.
Who we are
Land Dreamz is a Texas real estate company. Read about us, see how a sale works, or use our guide to check any cash buyer, including us.
Common questions
Are you real estate agents or brokers?
No. Land Dreamz is a real estate investment company. We buy, sell and market properties directly as a principal. We are not acting as your real estate broker or agent unless that is specifically disclosed to you in writing.
Who handles closing?
A licensed Texas title company.
Do you buy contracts and assign them?
Sometimes. If we plan to assign your contract to another buyer, we tell you in writing before you sign, as Texas law requires.
