Three ways to partner

1Capital partner

You bring the cash, we bring the deals. Texas acquisitions only. We share the upside; you stay passive. Minimum check size $50k. Specific deal docs and inspection rights on every transaction.

2JV partner

You bring deals or local market knowledge in a county we don't yet work; we bring funding, contracts, title and dispositions. 50/50 or per-deal split, written in advance.

3Referral partner

You send us seller leads or buyer leads you can't or don't want to close yourself. Referral fees are paid on closed deals only, agreed in writing before closing. Licensed agents: paid to your sponsoring broker at closing, through the title company (TREC rules).

Yes. We work with wholesalers, agents, investors and direct sellers. Bring us a deal and a real person on our team will review it.

Do you work with builders and developers?

Yes. We regularly sell builder-ready lots, development tracts and value-add commercial to builders, developers and investors across Texas.

Do you sell commercial property?

Yes. Retail, office, multifamily, industrial, mixed-use, gas stations and more, not just land. Land Dreamz handles every major asset class.

Are you real estate agents or brokers?

No. Land Dreamz is a real estate investment company. We buy, sell and market properties directly as a principal. We are not acting as your real estate broker or agent unless that is specifically disclosed to you in writing.
